The Impact Team consists of the management and support staff of The Rock Church. Under the direction of the Pastor, the Impact Team provides the means through which the vision of The Rock Church can be realized. In addition to fulfilling the business responsibilities, the Impact Team works in conjunction with the various leadership teams and departments of The Rock Church to meet the spiritual and physical needs of the surrounding communities. Through this collective effort, The Rock Church strives impact peoples’ lives.
Pastor Phil Endris
is the Senior Pastor of The Rock Church. He grew up watching and helping his brother build this church, accepted a position in Dallas, Texas as the youth pastor for two years, and was called home to see his burden fulfilled. He has an unquenchable thirst for seeing hurting people healed through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Holly Endris
is the pastor’s wife and is an extension of his ministry. She oversees several areas of the church including the spiritual direction of the Ladies Ministry. Her love for God and the people of this church provide a strong anchor for The Rock Church Family.
Jennifer Rosinko
is the Office Manager. Though her job description includes helping to manage the numerous ministries of The Rock Church, her role extends to include any capacity that will help to make the vision of the Pastor a reality. She brings a strong balance of excitement and practical business sense anchored in faith to this role.
Kristan Casas
is the Assistant for Charitable Resource Management. She supports the church’s mission, vision, needs and strategic plan by overseeing the donor stewardship programs and processes.
Sherman Donaldson
is the Media Services Director. His experience and expertise enable The Rock Church to produce its multi-media packages. His commitment also ensures that the church’s computer systems, phone systems, and sound equipment are working properly.
